Here’s a brief summary of rule changes for the upcoming season – women are now allowed to sign up to play in the Men’s league. Sub and cross over rules still apply to women, and player fees are required to join a team. Beginning this year, JSA will implement compression testing annually, with sticker, and additional testing for Rainball with a second sticker.
